The University of Notre Dame and Aay’s Rent-All Co., Inc (Aay’s)  have reached a three year preferred supplier agreement for the acquisition of Event/Banquet Rental Services.  Effective November 11, 2011 the new agreement provides an increased discount for both the rental products and the labor for set up. Additionally all delivery, fuel surcharges and minimum order requirements have been waived for this fixed price contract.  To view ordering and pricing information, please visit our contracts page.
