How do I find out about a buyND or travelND service issue?
Procurement Services posts the status of buyND and travelND services in the Service Status Indicator located on the right side of the buyND and travelND home pages below the login fields. The graphic below explains the three possible service statuses. If you are experiencing issues, and the status is yellow or red, it is not necessary to contact Procurement Services. We are already working on the issue, and you can monitor the News sections on travelND and buyND homepages for updates on the issue.
How do I report a suspected issue?
The Procurement Services Systems team monitors the status of buyND and travelND on a daily basis. It is possible that you may become aware of a problem before we are aware of it. If you would like to report an issue, please call the Procurement Services Help Desk at (574) 631-4289. If you are prompted to leave a message, please leave a voice message describing the problem along with your name and phone number.
