Effective June 8, 2015, Procurement Services will be moving from a hosted catalog to a punchout for Graybar. Originally a provider of electric lamps and lighting products for the University, and as the result of a competitively awarded contract, the punchout will allow users to search the entire discounted Graybar catalog, including such categories as conduit and fittings, fuses, power supplies, and wire and cable.

Users will now be able to:

• Search for items using product search right from the home page
• Filter items by Category, Product, or Manufacturer
• Create a favorites list of most commonly ordered items
• Add items to a cart by entering them into the Quick Order feature

The punchout will also give real-time pricing and availability, which will allow for next-day delivery for orders received by 4:30 p.m. for in stock items. Same-day delivery is also possible but will depend on material and quantity.
