• Look for and purchase copiers and printers that can print double-sided
• Consolidate your print efforts to one departmental multi-function device rather than using multiple solutions
• Look for recycled logos and other green logos on products that you purchase
• Look at companies’ web sites to see what they are doing to promote sustainability
• Consolidate orders – order supplies one time a week or less often rather than multiple times a week
• Increase the recycled content of your copy paper. The quality of recycled paper has improved dramatically over the last few years and campus users are encouraged to try recycled paper.
• Recycle - Notre Dame now has single stream recycling that allows you to put all your recyclable products in one container.
