2/15/08 Contract signed with Vista Presentation Solutions for audio-video equipment and services

The University of Notre Dame and Vista Presentation Solutions have reached a three year preferred supplier agreement for the acquisition of audio-video equipment and services. We have negotiated pricing on the following equipment, which is now available in a hosted catalog in buyND:

• Projection equipment and flat panel displays from NEC
• Room Control systems from Crestron
• Document Cameras from ELMO and Wolfvision
• Interactive Whiteboards from Smart Technologies
• Switching and distribution equipment from Extron
• Audio equipment from Crown, JBL, TOA, and Klipsch
• Projection Screens from Da-Lite and Draper
• Mounting hardware from Chief, Peerless, and Premier Mounts
• Presentation lecterns from Marshall Furniture, Spectrum and Bretford
• Playback equipment from Sony
• Digital Signage solutions from Tightrope Media and AdView

With the signed agreement, purchases under $25,000 do not require a Vendor Selection Form. Purchases over $25,000 a Vendor Selection Form will be required by Procurement Services.
