5/22/08 Fisher Scientific fuel surcharge

Fisher Scientific has informed us that the fuel surcharge rate will increase to a rate of $6.05 per order effective June 1, 2008 (from the previous $5.50 per order in effect since May 1, 2008). This surcharge is added to each order, regardless of its size.  When possible, consider consolidating smaller orders into one larger order as a cost-saving effort.
